Introducing your new support team lead

We’re very pleased to announce that Kasia Burt has been promoted from Support Analyst to Support Team Lead.


Kasia has been with Triquestra for four years and has been doing an excellent job helping customers. It’s been her role to give customers a high level of service by overseeing investigation and resolution of any issues, as well as providing back-to-back level two support for our customers and partners. Kasia says,

“Having worked for more than 20 years in both the hospitality and fashion industries, I joined Triquestra after retraining in IT and wanting a change in my career. As well as understanding the intricacies of the solutions that the TQ team builds for our customers, I’m comfortable talking to business executives and IT staff. It’s satisfying to make sure that Infinity is working as well as it can for them and it’s great being a part of such an exceptional team of people.”

Now as Support Team Lead, Kasia manages TQ’s support analysts and implementation specialists and is the new first point of escalation for any support queries. Her team is made up of very knowledgeable people with great troubleshooting skills whether they’re working on tickets that customers log to the support portal or working on-site to deploy or upgrade Infinity.

From fashion to fuel to grocery to furniture, Kasia and her team understand all the different ways that retailers use Infinity. She says, “Infinity is a fantastic platform. It offers so much functionality and a strong roadmap. Dealing with the complexity is something I love about my job. I’ve always been drawn to complicated puzzles and enjoy working out problems. So when a customer contacts us because something isn’t working quite right, it’s rewarding to help them out.”
